Through the newly-launched New Generation project, Kick Start Art aims to offer weekend trainings for students and adults interested in becoming fully paid art teachers with KSA. By doing so, we will have the opportunity to expand our impact through the training of our talented students, with  an  emphasis  on  training women  and  other  traditionally  underprivileged  groups. Upon completion of the New Generation program, the students will share the skills and experiences that they have cultivated, as part of their development through Kick Start Art, with more migrant communities.

These new teachers will inspire even more students to practice and eventually teach art, particularly women, therefore becoming a self-sustaining operation and continuing to confront gender inequality in Myanmar.
