As part of its mission to reach marginalised communities, Kick-Start Art provided supplementary art classes within Myanmar, in Tonzang, Chin State. Schools in Myanmar follow a rigid, centralised curriculum that excludes art and discourages critical thinking and self-expression. KSA's art lessons confronted the issue of a curriculum that does not nurture creativity and plans to continue to expand its activities into more remote, rural areas of Myanmar.

This program was put on pause as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This program remains at a halt as a result of ongoing political and humanitarian instability that began in Myanmar in 2021.
